We are a group of people who are professionally dedicated and committed to develop the services required by our customers:

Quality Control

Quality Control is divided into:

PPS Control (pre-production sample);
In-line production control;
Finished product control. Finished product control can be statistical (following the AQL method) or 100% depending on customer requirements.

Production in the Lohn System

We have an important supplier portfolio with whom we have been working for several years.

Depending on customer requirements, the most suitable factories are selected for the development of the project.

We cooperate with small ateliers of 6 people for the production of special garments, which are very much worked on by hand and with tailor's dummy, and with larger factories for larger quantities production.

We can produce different types of products:

tops, shirts, trousers, skirts, women's dresses, men's/women's jackets, men's/women's coats, outwear and down jackets, jersey.

All productions is 100% controlled by us to minimise defects.

We have at our disposal in the factories, which collaborate with us, machinery and equipment for special manufacturing:

Squaring the hems made on a tailor's dummy;
Overlocker (Pegaso, orlino Rimoldi);
Automatic sewing machines for bound pockets;
Automatic machines for applying labels;
Automatic Template Sewing Machine;
Automatic down filling machine.

Possibility to do embroidering seam and to print patterns.
